Jose, the driver, show up right on time, he took care of everything. He was very particular to make sure that the vehicle is secured and paid attention to all the details, driveway protection and safety. Fast and painless. I would strongly recommend company and use them again

Fastest AAA service I’ve ever received. Received a call from dispatch and as we spoke the driver was calling to tell me he was 5 mins away. My tow truck driver was Juan- he was super friendly, quick and made safety a priority. I definitely recommend this company for your towing needs!!

i ran out of gas yesterday in rancho cucamonga and called aaa as soon as i was done with aaa a tow truck driver called said he was 4 mins away showed up gave us gas and we were on our way. a total of maybe 8 mins we were sitting there! i was really impressed the guy was very respectful, helpful , and nice . i wish it was like that every time i called AAA.

I was giving Hooked on Towing’s number by another towing company. That Company didn’t work with appointments. I’m so happy because Adrian set up an appointment and Alfredo came out and was such a nice guy. Pulled and old car out of my garage, very reasonable rate. When I had the car ready to take to the garage to be worked on Adrian sent Alfredo and everything was seamless. Again very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Hooked on Towing. Great group of guys.

You only lock your keys in the car sixty miles from home and everybody Tries to rip you off. These guys did it for half the money in half the time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys you got me home.

My driver was Ernie (may be spelled wrong) and he was a great driver and his customer service put me at ease. I was stuck with my dog due to my check engine light. He let me wait in the truck while towing and gave me good advice on where to take my car. I would definitely use this company again just because of him. I highly recommend!
